REAL has developed the project in partnership with East Lancashire Primary Care Trust. REAL has worked with community groups and organisations throughout Rossendale to fill a huge directory of information on leisure / sports / hobbies / health / clubs / services etc., which are available to anyone living in Rossendale.

How to use Social Prescribing

We have regular drop in sessions for you to meet and talk to some of our people who can help you find what’s going on in your Town or where you can find activities that you are looking for.

Bacup: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am-12pm at REAL, St James Centre, Bacup
Haslingden: Wednesday morning 10am-12pm at Haslingden Community Link, Bury Road
Rawtenstall: 1st Thursday every month 2pm-4pm at One Stop Shop, Rawtenstall Council Buildings
