Rossendale Enterprise Anchor Limited
is a social enterprise Hub set up to communicate and connect with
the local community and to support the voluntary, community and
faith sectors by offering access to advice, information, learning
and training opportunities.
REAL aims to make Rossendale a better place to live and work
by supporting the development & delivery of community driven
projects that will address inequalities, especially health.
It does this by:

Providing administration services to the Rossendale
Community Network and Local Strategic Partnership |

Networking with Local Authorities, Health networks and support
organisations |

Providing and brokering support services |
What we want to achieve:-

To have parity with our bigger and wealthier
neighbours to ensure that the Rossendale areas of particular
deprivation are not overlooked. |

To support the VCFS and social
enterprise sector in Rossendale to sustainability. |

To develop new services in Rossendale
that will improve the health and wealth of our people. |

To support the development of
a network of services for people who need health and social
care, delivered to the highest standards by social enterprises’. |

To create work paths for people
with health problems or difficulties in getting work, access
flexible, family friendly jobs in the caring sector. |

To keep our community spirit alive. |
